Our machinery and production methods
Products are manufactured using injection and compression moulding on presses with clamping forces of 160–400 tonnes. The particular composition of our machine park allows us to produce small (<100 pcs/year), medium (>100,000 pcs/year) and high-volume (>1,000,000 pcs/year) series efficiently and competitively.
Manufacturing technology
Given the configuration of our machine park, the maximum product size we can manufacture is 60×60 cm; we are currently unable to produce items larger than this.
Products are manufactured using injection and compression moulding on 160–400 tonne injection moulding and compression presses, machines that are well established and widely used across the industry.
By automating our sub-processes, we ensure compliance with the output and sustainability requirements expected in our sector.
Compound development
The majority of our raw materials are sourced from Hungarian partners; the exceptions are certain specialised materials and processing operations for which no Hungarian supplier is available. Post-processing of manufactured components is carried out in-house, further ensuring consistent, high-level quality. Since 2015, we have treated compound development and prototype testing as a priority focus area.
Expanding the equipment required for this work with the latest instrumentation enables us to deliver joint development projects with our partners that are more efficient and of higher quality than ever before.
Through both our in-house developed and commercially available compounds, we are able to serve the broad range of our customers’ needs.
